The business leader sets the tone of the business; CREATES the culture of the business. Everything flows from here, intentional or not. If the leader doesn't align with the initiative, neither will the business.
I work WITH the leader, so he or she becomes more effective with all the stakeholders of the business. I help business owners figure out what's going on by studying their specific scenarios, and we work together to create solutions business leaders can apply.
